How to Request a Refund & Event Cancellations

You'll need to provide your bank account number and bank name
๐ก We only ask for this the first time you pay with PromptPay โ we won't ask for it every time.

Once we receive this info, we'll process the refund on the next working day

Within 24 hours: Instant refund directly to your card

After 24 hours: Transaction voided, bank returns funds in 1-3 working days
If an Organizer cancels, you're covered automatically. No action needed.
How to Request a Refund

Tap the Event Link
Open the event page from your group chat or LINE Official chat.

Click "Leave Event"
If the event is eligible for a refund, your request will be submitted immediately.
โ No need to enter your bank account again โ we already have it saved from your first PromptPay payment.

Refund Submitted!
We'll process your refund on the next working day.
