The first time you use PromptPay, youโll be asked to enter your bank account details.
Once submitted, refunds will be processed automatically the next working day (if applicable).

Event Organizer Policies
Each event organizer can set their own refund policy. Here are the common types:
Strict Policy
No refunds except for event cancellation
Flexible Policy
Refunds allowed until a time chosen by the organizer
Generous Policy
Refunds allowed up to event start time
What if the Event is Cancelled?
If an organizer cancels an event, all participants automatically get full refunds regardless of the stated policy.
