View More Events Feature

Follow these steps to allow players to see and join multiple upcoming events from your venue.

Switch Your Account to Public

1. From the admin dashboard, click the dropdown menu at the top right next to your venue name.

2. Select View Merchant Profile.

3. Click Edit Merchant Profile.

4. In the Merchant Visibility setting, select Public.

5. Click Save Change.

Create Public Events

1. Go to the Manage Event page in your admin dashboard.

2. Fill in your event details (name, date, time, participants, etc.).

3. Ensure the Public Event option is selected. Only public events will appear in the “View More Events from This Venue” section.

4. If you want to create a private event, switch this option from Public Event to Private Event.

5. Complete the remaining details and click Create Event.

Additional Information

We will provide a branded QR code for every account. Scanning this QR code will take users directly to the venue’s “View More Events” page. It can be shared on all communication channels or social media platforms.
