Understanding the Income Dashboard

The Income Summary page provides a clear overview of your event revenue.

Total Revenue: Shows the gross income from all your events.

Upcoming Payouts: Displays the amount scheduled for the next payout.

Transaction History: A detailed log of all payments and refunds.

Payouts are processed automatically to the bank account you provided during setup.

Frequency: Payouts are sent out every Monday.

Cut-off: The payout includes all transactions from the previous week (Monday to Sunday).

Bank Holidays: Payouts may be delayed by one business day during public holidays.

A small transaction fee is applied to cover payment processing costs. This fee is automatically deducted before the payout.
